Company Summary

F&B Restaurants Pvt Ltd is a Group which is operating more than 15 fine-dining restaurants, as franchisee/partnership based in Qatar, Dubai, India (Bangalore, Karnataka and Kerala) started its own brand, chain of restaurants and food courts in Kerala in the name of FOODIES . We focus on delicious Chinese menu with a touch of Indian influence. The Company is having more than 10 years of tie-ups with some of the Major brand leaders of the Chinese food & beverage industry like Beijing Bites, Chung Wah, Chungs Chinese Corner etc..

The outlook for our restaurants, are promising. We prefer the hotspots at major Shopping malls and other business oriented locations. The combination of these elements will support the stable growth of the organization.

The area is in need of a warm and friendly place with excellent food. A place where you always know you will get the best of everything. Our Restaurants features cozy dining rooms with excellent hygienic conditions. Comfortable furnishings and decor with soothing warm tones. It is the perfect place to stop in for a bite to eat or for a small business meeting. For extra comfort and to please a large group of people we will make up special hours d' oeuvre platters for customers.

The menu was exclusively inspired from Chinese' specialties and appeal to a diverse clientele.. The menu will change every 3-4 months but keep the favorites. Prices are competitive with other upscale restaurants in the area. However, it is the strategy of F&B group to give a perception of higher value than its competitors, through its food, service and entertainment.

The restaurants and food courts remains open seven days a week. We are offering special theme nights to attract new customers. The restaurants are fine dining in a cozy atmosphere. The service is relaxed, very friendly and correct. We used to hire the best people available, training, and motivating and encourage them, and thereby retaining the friendliest most efficient staff possible. Our management team is comprised of individuals whose backgrounds consist of 15 years experience in food, restaurant and hotel, catering, management, finance and marketing.

We anticipate our total sales allocation to be 85% restaurant sales and 15% catering sales. The combined cost of sales will be 33% producing a gross profit of 67% on total sales. Most important to us is our financial success and we believe this will be achieved by offering high-quality service and excellent food with an interesting twist. We have created financial projections based on our experience and knowledge of the area

The mission is not only to have great tasting food, but have efficient and friendly service because customer satisfaction is paramount. Our Restaurants are unique in designs and taste. International creative food and a style of service that will make everyone feel welcome and special. Our food products are the finest quality and prepared with sensitivity and care. We will 'go all the way' to satisfy our guests. We will change our menu every 3-4 months. Portions will be modestly sized with an attractive presentation.

During the busy weekends customers can also sit outside on our patio and we will offer a special menu, featuring lighter fare, exotic drinks, as well as non-alcoholic offerings.

Company Ownership

F&B group started out as a Pvt Ltd company, owned by its founders Mr.Muhammed Madani, Mr. Rasheed M P, Mr.Iqbal M V and Mr. Abdul Shakeer P P. The Founders have an excellent experience in restaurant Industry for more than 15 Years in Bangalore. They are having a top to Bottom Knowledge about restaurant business. Mr. Rasheed and Mr. Iqbal started their Career with Empire Hotels Group, which is one of the leading restaurant chains in Bangalore. They are fully engaged with the company’s Bangalore Operations and their physical activities for the business development had really boosted the stunning growth of the Group.

Mr. Abdulla Nooruddin, Managing Director, Demo Shield LLC Dubai and Director F&B restaurants who is in various business streams at UAE. Mr. Abdulla is in charge of F&B restaurants at UAE. Received awards from H. H. Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum for participating and supporting 39th UAE National Day and Ramadan activities. Keeping good business relation with Airport authorities of Dubai, Abdu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaima and Al Ain.

Mr. Muhammed Madani, Chairman & Managing Director of ABC Group Concerns, Kannur,who is well known for his Outstanding and creative Ideas lead the group to a level, where emerging young business men always dream about it. Mr. Abdul Shakeer P P, was in to the traditional whole sale spices trading, based in Taliparamba in his earlier days and converted his business into builders and developers sector. Now he is running “Klasshomes builders” one of the leading building developer in Taliparamba,Kannur.

The founders already have a proven track record in joint venture with Beijing Bites Hotels Pvt ltd. Beijing Bites is one of the leading restaurant chain currently operating more than 50 restaurants across Bangalore.. The founders Rasheed and Iqbal , played a major role in the stunning growth of the restaurant chain. Even the top Management of Beijing Bites strongly agreed the outstanding performance of the said two.

After the success story with Beijing Bites, the group was approached by “Chung Wah “restaurants, by offering a good share in their outlets. Chung Wah is one of the oldest and the exclusive Chinese restaurant groups in Bangalore with 35 years of excellent track record. F&B group is now have a good tie up with Chung Wah and operating some of their restaurants.

“Chungs” , other big guns in the field of Chinese restaurant industry had followed the same footsteps of Beijing Bites and Chung Wah. The group is having even much better deal with Chungs.

Marketing Program

We will employ three different marketing tactics to increase customer awareness about the organization. Our most important tactic will be word-of-mouth/in-store marketing. This will be by far the cheapest and most effective of our marketing programs.

Word-of-mouth/In-store Marketing, Local Store Marketing. Make a brochure for the large hotels and popular bed & breakfast establishments in town to provide to their guests, containing interior pictures of our restaurant, menus and prices.

Local Media Newspaper campaign - Placing several large adds throughout the month to deliver our concept to local area.

Target marketing to businesses for regular business lunch and dinner entertaining.

Sales Strategy

Our sales plan is to establish and maintain position with our local customers. The strategy is to build more customers in order to increase revenue. Sales in our business are client service. It is repeat business. We will focus on making all our customers happy with our food, service and entertainment options.

Our strategy in the restaurant is to have an experienced staff that knows the food. We will train every new employee so they will fit in with our concept, which is "Wonderful food, reasonably-priced and knowledgeable service in an outstanding atmosphere."

Management Team

Our management team is well compensated. We have a team that has considerable experience together and shares knowledge in many different fields of business and in life. We hired a General Manager to assist the Management to grow even further. The General Manager will also work to expand the joint ventures with Beijing Bites, Chung Wa and Chungs.
